Mercer Co.Open Class Dairy Show.
Judge Nathan Boehm credited her
maturity,depth of body,tight fore udder,
& her excellent feet &
legs as well as being safe in calf
for September. She recently freshened
in with a Toystory Heifer.
Not pictured, an 87 point two-year-old,
last year's Mercer Co, Junior Champion, &
this years' Reserve Sr. Champion & Reserve
Grand Champion at Oliver Co. Morty Sheba,
handly won the two-year-old class at both
Mercer & Oliver counties.
Last year's Mercer Co. Supreme Cow,
Eland Jeannie showed dry bred to
Toystory, & placed 1st.

| MORTON COUNTY OPEN CLASS DAIRY SHOW |
March 17, 1996 born JDB JUNO DUKE PATTY was selected SUPREME CHAMPION DAIRY COW at the Annual Morton Co. Open Class Dairy
Show & The Western District Black and White Show. Four breeds of dairy cows were represented. The competition included
a tremendous Holstein Show that included the beautiful Red Marker Daughter shown by Hogerville Dairy that claimed the Supreme
honors at both The ND State Fair and The ND State Dairy Show the previous weekend as well as the Champion Holstein at the
Morton County Show. As the BREED CHAMPIONS were lined up Judge Steve Boerchers of Rainy Ridge Holsteins, Manitoba Canada,
walked out and tapped JDB JUNO DUKE PATTY for his Supreme Champion Dairy Cow. He commented that "she's had seven lactions
and looking and moving as good as she does, I don't know how you argue with that!"
HOERNERS MORTY SHEBA also was named 1st place Senior Yearling Heifer in the Junior Show. EMPTY POCKETS RUBENS MINT-RC
VG 86 EX MS. was named 1st Place 4 year cow.

Classifier, Steven Lamphier scored her as a 2 year old and stated that she was the best Eland he'd ever seen. She was dry
or too fresh for the 2007 summer shows. She showed as the
first place Dry Cow at Mercer Co. She freshened in August, 2007 with an awesome bull calf by Toystory. She was just
scored October 15, 2007 and raised to 2-EX 91 EEEEE with 94 points in Feet & Legs

August 2001 born, Hoerners Eland Jeannie at 4-10 months (5 year old class) was named Supreme Champion Dairy Cow at the Mercer
County Open Show on Saturday, June 25th at Beulah, ND. Judge Andrew Doll gave her the nod, commenting on her extreme body
deth and strength, good feet, snug fore udder and a higher and wider rear udder then his Reserve Champion Cow.
Hoerners Morty Sheba was the Supreme Champion Dairy Heifer earlier in the Show. What great start to the 2006 show season!!
